New brand identity and packaging
Napa Fragrance is a new entrant to the Californian fragrance landscape, redefining luxury through home and body products that embody both sustainability and sophistication. With a clear mission to capture the essence of Napa Valley and translate it into refined fragrances and products, the brand merges the region’s rich heritage with innovative, environmentally responsible practices.
The company was founded by Jean-Charles Boisset and Ashley Pengilly. The founders approached us to create a completely new brand that would express their vision and support a growing product portfolio.

We created a complete brand identity for Napa Fragrance, beginning with a distinctive logomark that merges the letters “N” and “F” in a continuous line stroke to form compelling negative spaces. Its rounded geometry introduces an organic softness, while the central form simultaneously evokes candlelight and a leaf — symbolising warmth and nature. Constructed on an 8×8 grid, the mark achieves balance and precision while enabling a flexible pattern system that becomes a core visual language across the brand. The identity is supported by two complementary typefaces. Aeonik is used for the logotype — a modern, geometric, and refined sans serif that alludes to the visual codes of contemporary fashion brands. Coranto 2 serves as the body typeface, a highly readable serif originally designed for editorial environments. This pairing balances modernity with classic sophistication, reinforcing both clarity and brand presence. The colour palette consists of six tones — Charcoal, Olive Green, Warm Stone, Sandstone, Soft Linen, and Off White. Inspired by the natural landscape of Napa Valley, these earthy hues work collectively to create a restrained and harmonious palette that reflects the brand’s values and ethos. To complement the core identity, we developed a suite of custom icons constructed on the same 8×8 grid as the logomark. This systematic approach ensures visual cohesion while allowing small details to contribute meaningfully to the overall brand experience.
