designlaboratory* was asked to execute a brand refresh that included packaging and a flexible layout adaptable to web and e-commerce. We started by reimagining their iconic griffin, grounding the new brand with bold colours and punchy communication, reflecting their heritage and the locality of London's 'square mile'.

This extensive project included a refreshed brand identity, innovative packaging for Square Mile's global e-commerce operations, and brand assets for social media and digital engagement. Working closely with Square Mile and London-based studio Multivitamin, we designed a new website from scratch, infusing the brand’s updated personality while enhancing online functionality for customers seeking coffee, equipment, merch and subscriptions.
